With each inhale, new life and a new beginning arise.
Our plant based leggings defy the rules of sustainability. We all hear it, sustainable leggings don't function like synthetics. That is... until you've tried ours! It's taken two years to master a knitting technique that makes our leggings thicker, more compressive, and more opaque than all the other plant based leggings on the market. Passes the bend over test, dries faster than cotton, and 100% polyester free. They also do one thing plastic pants can't- assure you that your body and the planet are safe from forever chemicals and microplastics. Perri is wearing S and is 5'6", 32" bust, 25" waist, 35" hip.
INGREDIENTS: Lenzing certified tencel lyocell: 88% forest fiber from acacia, eucalyptus, poplar, pine, spruce, beech, birch, and maple trees grown on tree farms in Eastern Europe, 12% spandex for stretch. GOTS certified nontoxic and metal free dyes, water based ink, and lots of love! XX
Dyed dark olive. Third eye pyramid printed on back left leg in subtle shimmery peach with water based ink. Cut, sewn, dyed, and printed in downtown Los Angeles by small family owned shops where creators are paid more than minimum wage.

Our Promise To You
Because We Love Everyone And Everything On The Earth
We're a small, family owned business dedicated to honoring the planet and her people by producing in the USA with only sustainable materials. We produce clothing in small batches with limited inventory to reduce waste, employ independent women artists and creatives, and vow to be as transparent as possible in all our processes.
We strongly believe plastics and forever chemicals that coat polyesters and nylons for wrinkle and stain resistance do not belong on our bodies, and are harming us in ways unseen at the moment. Our clothing is made from 92% plant-based materials- Lenzing certified lyocell tencel and 8% spandex. Spring of 2025 we will be phasing in a plant-based spandex!
Our main line is made from Lenzing certified tencel lyocell. We call it forest fiber, and it is a tree pulp fiber grown specifically on sustainable tree farms. Our forest fiber is vastly different from traditional bamboo, viscose, or rayon because it only requires one organic and non-toxic compound in a closed loop (never dumped, always reused), called NMMO (google it!) to process it, and it is guaranteed to not be harvested from old growth trees.
We are so proud to say Purusha clothing is made from start to finish in Los Angeles, CA. We’re knit, cut, and sewn in small family owned shops, dyed in a responsible dye house dedicated to low impact dyes, and screen printed in a clean and safe print shop with water-based ink. All people are paid at least minimum wage ($18/hr) and we abide by the stringent workplace and environmental laws of California.
Delightfully as description says. Fit like a glove. I had moved on from Lu-leggings years ago. These have now surpassed my fave USA made brand. Love!
These instill confidence in me as I walk on this earth. I’m wearing something that feels good AND looks good but also DOES good for our planet by not being wasteful, resource depleting, or abusing humans/plants/animals in the process of production. So grateful for this company and these leggings!
