- FIT: High waist hits at belly button, tight leg throughout, secret pocket in back waistband. Inseam stretches from 28-31".
- WE CARE DEEPLY: Black with moon phase printed with water based ink. Cut, sewn, dyed, and printed in downtown Los Angeles by small family owned shops where creators are paid more than minimum wage.

We're a small, family owned business dedicated to honoring the planet and her people by producing in the USA with only sustainable materials. We produce clothing in small batches with limited inventory to reduce waste, employ independent women artists and creatives, and vow to be as transparent as possible in all our processes.
We strongly believe plastics and forever chemicals that coat polyesters and nylons for wrinkle and stain resistance do not belong on our bodies, and are harming us in ways unseen at the moment. Our clothing is made from 92% plant-based materials- Lenzing certified lyocell tencel and 8% spandex. Spring of 2025 we will be phasing in a plant-based spandex!
Our main line is made from Lenzing certified tencel lyocell. We call it forest fiber, and it is a tree pulp fiber grown specifically on sustainable tree farms. Our forest fiber is vastly different from traditional bamboo, viscose, or rayon because it only requires one organic and non-toxic compound in a closed loop (never dumped, always reused), called NMMO (google it!) to process it, and it is guaranteed to not be harvested from old growth trees.
We are so proud to say Purusha clothing is made from start to finish in Los Angeles, CA. We’re knit, cut, and sewn in small family owned shops, dyed in a responsible dye house dedicated to low impact dyes, and screen printed in a clean and safe print shop with water-based ink. All people are paid at least minimum wage ($18/hr) and we abide by the stringent workplace and environmental laws of California.

Been practicing yoga for over 30 years, never have I had leggings like these. I am a size 16 I got 3x because I have a belly. They dont fall down but they don’t dig in either. Hardly know they are there, second skin. Need more.

I am a size medium at these fit true to size! The fabric is soooo buttery soft and the waistband is comfy and flattering. These are my favorite leggings :)

Sweet goddess what are these leggings??? They are incredible!! I was really hesitant to buy leggings I'd never tried in person because I've always felt my proportions aren't conducive to every cut or fabric. I like a really high waist because my belly button is like way higher than you'd think. My legs are long and I hate leggings that leave ankle exposed. A lot of leggings don't fit over my thighs comfortably. And fabric matters. SOOOOO now that I've tried these, I basically am done. They are like a soft t-shirt for your legs but still have enough structure to.keep their shape and offer a little compression at the tummy. And I actually found that they are not see through at all which is really impressive. I am maybe between a S and a M (5'6", size 6) and I opted for the M. I think the small could have worked too cuz they are so forgiving and not overly tight so now I will also buy those because I'm going to be wearing these 24/7 no matter the activity. Also side note, I do not understand how this company ships this stuff so promptly and neatly. Amazing.

This was my first pair of the newer style of Purusha leggings and I’m very pleased with the slightly heavier coverage these give. Plus the tagless pockets are so much smoother! Highly recommend

I ordered this pair in first release and just wasn't quite right.. little see-through, but they always listen to reviews and this pair of new release is PERFECT, no issues. Still recommended a size up for all the free-flow comfort :)

I have been living in these pants, even in the summer. They are incredibly soft, and the fabric and stitches still feel very strong. The moon design is subtle enough for these to be very versatile with other tops.

These leggings are great. I think I got caught between sizes when they changed their fabrics. In the past I bought leggings size large. Too large. On top. These are medium and they are snug in top. I'm 5'5" and 145 pounds

These leggings are so soft and luxurious and I love love love the tiny moon phases print! Unfortunately, these did not pass the bend-over test, and I knew I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing them so I'm sending them back :( I have a big booty so this happens sometimes. This company has been an absolute pleasure to order & return from and I love their mission so I'll be trying out their looser fits and double-lined leggings in the future!
