Flower Power Yoga Top

$ 68.00 USD

Be the flower to the gun. Like the iconic ‘Flower Power’ photo from the 60s (google it if you’re not familiar!), the flower child daisy is as much a demonstration of peace as the peace sign itself. Wearing a flower power daisy, I tell the world this: I choose peace and love over hate and war— forever.

”The cry of ‘Flower Power’ echoes through the land. We shall not wilt. Let a thousand flowers bloom.” -Abbie Hoffman, Workshop in Non-violence, May 1967

  • INGREDIENTS: 92% forest fiber from acacia, eucalyptus, poplar, pine, spruce, beech, birch, and maple trees grown on tree farms in Eastern Europe, 8% spandex for stretch.
  • FITDouble layered so you don't have to wear a bra! A higher neck than our standard yoga bra top for a 90s vibe an when you don't want your cleavage on display ;)
  • WE CARE DEEPLY: Olive and avocado green printed with a peach and yellow flower with water based ink. Cut, sewn, dyed, and printed in downtown Los Angeles by small family owned shops where creators are paid more than minimum wage.

Our clothing is special. It's inspired by the magic and awe of nature and the seasons, but beyond that it's as ethical and sustainable as possible. Purusha People is made in the USA, plant-based, nontoxic, manufactured safely and fairly paid, and 10% of profits going to a unique charity with every drop. We know our stuff is expensive, but that's because it's made the right way. It's worth the investment in ourselves, in our planet, and in future generations.

Our creations might look dainty and even reserved for special occasions, but they're truly designed for no fuss, everyday wear. As a mom with two young children and two spunky dogs that lives in comfy clothes, I can't be bothered with spending lots of money on clothes that I won't wear often and that won't hold up over time. I've worn our clothing throughout pregnancies, breastfeeding, hiking, running, yoga, and everything in between. You can also just throw your pieces in the wash without special treatment.

If your Purusha doesn't hold up for you, I promise to always repair or replace it, no questions asked. I adore our creations and stand behind them! I respect you and your support more than I can say.

Much love,

Hayley

We're here to make thoughtful, magickal, and ethical clothing for the modern yogi. We believe clothes created to play in prakriti (Sanskrit for our material world) should be as purusha (Sanskrit for the one that sees, the spirit within us all) as possible. This means: made in the USA, plant-based, nontoxic, safe and fairly paid working conditions, and 10% of profits going to a unique charity with every drop. We know our stuff is expensive, but that's because it's made the right way.
