A bit deep for a top, but we tend to do that over here. We're a small, family owned business dedicated to honoring the planet and her people by producing in the USA with only sustainable materials. We produce clothing in small batches with limited inventory to reduce waste, employ independent women artists and creatives, and vow to be as transparent as possible in all our processes.
We strongly believe the forever chemicals and dyes that coat polyesters and nylons for colorfastness and wrinkle and stain resistance do not belong on our bodies, and are harming us in ways unseen at the moment. We believe in wearing plant-based whenever possible.
Our clothing is made from Lenzing certified siro-spun tencel lyocell (sustainably farmed from trees and processed in a closed loop- solvents never dumped, always reused), organic cotton, ecovero viscose, and bio-based spandex (made from 30% non-gmo corn).
Our clothing is made from start to finish in Los Angeles, CA. We’re knit, cut, and sewn in small family owned shops, dyed in a responsible dye house dedicated to low impact dyes, and screen printed in a clean and safe print shop with water-based ink. All people are paid at least minimum wage ($18/hr) and we abide by the stringent workplace and environmental laws of California.
