- FIT: Double layered so no bra needed, I swear! The comfiest bra top you'll ever wear. Slightly shorter and more bra like than our OG bra top, and a deeper cut. Not recommended for a yoga top alone as there could be some boob spillage. Ari is wearing size S and is 5'4", 33" bust, 27" waist, 36" hip.

Please note that Purusha People clothing is handmade by our skilled artisans in Los Angeles, and our unique process allows for subtle differences in each piece. Forest fiber tencel, garment dye, and screen printing require special processes that are unlike other brands. Please enjoy your clothing as the special item it is, and celebrate its rarity!
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from the item delivery date. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, pet-hair free, and in new condition.
Exchanges for store credit are free. You can get store credit and save it for later, or shop instantly. If you opt for store credit for later, you’ll receive a gift card as soon as your return item is in transit.
Refunds are subject to a $15 handling fee to cover the return shipping label and warehouse fees. Refunds are credited via the same method you paid within 5 business days of receiving. Shipping is nonrefundable.
Underwear is only eligible for returns if the item has not been tried on. Please try underwear on over your existing underwear if you'd like the option to return.

We're a small, family owned business dedicated to honoring the planet and her people by producing in the USA with only sustainable materials. We produce clothing in small batches with limited inventory to reduce waste, employ independent women artists and creatives, and vow to be as transparent as possible in all our processes.
We strongly believe plastics and forever chemicals that coat polyesters and nylons for wrinkle and stain resistance do not belong on our bodies, and are harming us in ways unseen at the moment. Our clothing is made from 92% plant-based materials- Lenzing certified lyocell tencel and 8% spandex. Spring of 2025 we will be phasing in a plant-based spandex!
Our main line is made from Lenzing certified tencel lyocell. We call it forest fiber, and it is a tree pulp fiber grown specifically on sustainable tree farms. Our forest fiber is vastly different from traditional bamboo, viscose, or rayon because it only requires one organic and non-toxic compound in a closed loop (never dumped, always reused), called NMMO (google it!) to process it, and it is guaranteed to not be harvested from old growth trees.
We are so proud to say Purusha clothing is made from start to finish in Los Angeles, CA. We’re knit, cut, and sewn in small family owned shops, dyed in a responsible dye house dedicated to low impact dyes, and screen printed in a clean and safe print shop with water-based ink. All people are paid at least minimum wage ($18/hr) and we abide by the stringent workplace and environmental laws of California.

I love these tops! I first bought one in sage and had to get a black one in the next drop - they are SO soft and comfortable. I'm a 34a and got a medium and it fits great, not too tight but it stays in place all day. I imagine a small would work as well but I like that it is form fitting while still feeling not too tight, the double lining and my smaller chest means I can wear it as a top on its own or as a bra under something else. Please make more in this style!

Turns out small is the better size for me in Purusha People bra tops. Offers better support than the medium, which should be my size per the chart (pretty solid 36B). Love the fabric, neckline design, and the pyramid eye. Classic, comfortable, cool.

Loving my newest purusha top. I wear this as a bra and a shirt. The quality is always excellent and I appreciate supporting business in the US. 4/5 stars as a bug in your ear to consider petite fits - the straps are always too long for my body type and need tailoring so my boobs don't pop out the top!

I am absolutely in love with all of the pieces I currently own from this wonderful company. Aside from the cosmetic side which is undoubtedly some of the prettiest, softest, and most comfortable material I’ve ever done anything in, they have held up so nicely even after 18 months of consistent washing, I just got my third pair of undies, and am currently waiting on the exact same style in a different color! I promise, if you haven’t already, order from this company and the only question you’ll be asking yourself is why didn’t I purchase something sooner???
