US RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please note that Purusha People clothing is handmade by our skilled artisans in Los Angeles, and our unique process allows for subtle differences in each piece. Forest fiber tencel, garment dye, and screen printing require special processes that are unlike those of other brands. Please enjoy your clothing as the special item it is, and celebrate its rarity!
We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days from the item delivery date. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, pet-hair free, and in new condition. Damaged items returned without prior confirmation, without being marked "damaged," and without a brief description of the damage will be rejected and sent back to you without a refund or store credit.
Exchanges for store credit are free and can be used on the website immediately or saved for later. If an item in an instant exchange is received in non-restockable condition due to pet hair, scent, washed, or worn, the return will be rejected, sent back to you, and your card will be charged for the cost of the item.
If you opt for store credit for later, you’ll receive a gift card for 100% of your order as soon as your return item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Receiving store credit can take a few days post-delivery to be checked and scanned in.
We allow up to two maximum exchanges on an original order.
Underwear is ineligible for returns due to hygienic reasons.
Refunds are subject to a $15 handling fee to cover the return shipping label and warehouse fees. Refunds are credited via the same method you paid within 5 business days of receiving them. Some banks take up to 10 business days to process refunds. Shipping is nonrefundable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders.
All return duties and customs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
FAULTY CLOTHING
USA-made sustainable fashion is made by hand in small batches. We are human and mistakes happen. If our QC has missed a defective piece, please process your return HERE and upload photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible for a refund. Our claims period for damaged/defective pieces is 6 weeks from the delivery date (not including general wear and tear).
Archive Sale, Bundles Sale, and Black Friday all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. No price adjustments on previous orders.
