As our world on the ground is stripped naked of all the greenery and colors we knew and loved for the past six months, I find myself looking to the sky for peace and hope. The winter sunsets, the clear cold starlit nights, the barren brown and grey landscape shiver with a different kind of beauty. They whisper to me, 'there is still so much wonder to behold.'
I remember the earth knows just what to do. The nights are much longer now, I sense the darkness coming more and more in waves, lunar waves. Yet, the moon is still there every night, our constant companion. The longer nights mean the luna energy is present with us longer too. Feel the still, peaceful, steady star and moon energy pulse through our bodies, giving us the light just as we need it now. Let the night sky be our light, the lunar waves our restful sanctuary.
