Ombré Organic Indigo Leggings
100% innocent clothing. These USA grown organic cotton, thick and soft leggings are hand sewn one by one, custom just for you. They are dyed by hand in an organic indigo vat, with no chemicals used whatsoever. After the dye is spent we dilute the indigo with water and use it to fertilize our garden.
This pair is dipped 9 times in indigo, carfully adding more dips from bottom to top for a beautiful ombré effect. The magical dye is cumulative, each dip makes the blue darker and darker.
Indigo is one of the most ancient textile dyes. Its earliest use was found in Peru 6000 years ago. The color blue was so rare and valuable that indigo dye was called blue gold.

This is so so much better than I ever imagined!!!! When I opened my carefully wrapped package of indigo goodies I was jumping up an down like a child. These pants are brilliant! Beyond beautiful. The colors are vivid and gorgeous, but somehow look subdued as they're clearly natural from indigo. You can look fashionable without looking like you're trying to grab everyone's attention, which is where I'm at now in my thirties. The organic cotton is thick and stretchy. I wear these too much, I will admit. Do yourself a favor and run to grab these before the summer season is over and Hayley and Nadya retire the collection until spring. These pieces are truly treasures.
