Mushrooms flourish and thrive in unlikely places, they decompose matter that is dead and done with its cycle in our land of the living. I created this print and color palette to remember that we can look to the shrooms in dark moments, to discover a rebirth from something we thought was lost and gone.
INGREDIENTS: 92% forest fiber from acacia, eucalyptus, poplar, pine, spruce, beech, birch, and maple trees grown on tree farms in Eastern Europe, 8% spandex for stretch.
Deep rich chocolate brown (with a maroon tint!) and mint colored moons and shrooms printed with water based ink. Cut, sewn, dyed, and printed in downtown Los Angeles by small family owned shops where creators are paid more than minimum wage.
Having tried on at least a hundred pairs of yoga leggings (yeah, I know I have a problem), these really do feel best on my skin. Plant fibers make these breathable, and sweat-mark resistant, unlike the cotton varieties, and not so slick like the recycled polyester types. These are nearly all purpose. Love the large pocket and reversible designs (normally I would wear them with design on the back). The high waist and seaming are very slimming as well.
Love these leggings! The don’t slide down like other leggings and they’ve stayed buttery smooth, no pilling. They’re my new go to pair
Warning: once you try them you will be hooked! This is my second pair of Purusha People leggings and I love them! After a month or so of wearing them I tried on some of my "regular" leggings for a yoga class and could not stand how they felt on my skin. I am 5' 8" and curvy and the large fits me perfectly.
Best yoga/comfy clothes to wear, and very stylish! I love them!
This color is to dye for <3 <3 <3 Is it Brown? Is it Purple? It is Autumn, and Luteal vibes for days
